Our Therapeutic Approaches
are the methods and strategies that mental health professionals use to help people manage and overcome psychological challenges. They are based on psychological principles and are tailored to each individual's needs

  • Supportive psychotherapy The therapist uses a variety of techniques to help the client understand and process their distress. The therapist also encourages the client to think and behave in healthy ways.
  • Psychoanalysis The therapist helps the client make unconscious thoughts conscious so they can understand why they feel and behave the way they do.
  • Mindfulness This approach teaches present-moment awareness to help manage negative thoughts associated with anxiety and depression. Techniques include meditation, breathing exercises, and imagery.
  • Exposure therapy A type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that helps people confront their fears and anxieties. The therapy gradually exposes the person to the source of their fear in a safe environment.
  • Gestalt therapy This approach emphasizes personal responsibility and helping clients focus on the present. It also stresses the development of the therapist-client relationship.
